The new KOALA (Solid State) is the first new generation of Goldenote players offered with the GyrFalcon model 8 mechanic module let the unit be claimed as one of the most interesting CD player today available.
Despite its convenient price, The KOALA is an high class CD player uses the latest Goldenote digital technology.
The DAC performed thru a Burr-Brown PCM1796 chip systems also uses the exclusive FIR original filter originally developed by Akamai for the Goldenote line of top class digital players.
Also the KOALA features a renewed Electro-Power™ control system enbales power supply keeps internal micro and macro voltages very stable guaranteeing a smooth function in all electrical local digital and analog audio signal paths.
The Motor controlled by the Electro-Power™ has very small fluctuations to avoid digital error controls, but also the Electro-Power™ decouples the CD player completely from the AC home system to get the best sound performances available.
Besides the new generation KOALA feautuers a proprietary symmetrical finely balanced analog audio output stage designed for such unique CD Player.
