The plugs on the Shunyata Sigma v1 power cable model are cast from the factory and cannot be replaced. The seller wrote me that since he wrote that these are used cables, they may also be in this condition. I believe that it is different for a cable to be used and different for a cable to be damaged and homemade glued. If this was about a cable for 100 euros, it probably wouldn't be a problem, but here it was about cables for several thousand euros. I asked the seller to cancel the transaction but he did not agree. In addition, he wrote: “that I should not complain, just plug these cables into the system, because he bought such cables himself”. I definitely do not recommend this seller. I lost a lot of money.
Sehr unehrlicher Verkäufer! In seiner Anzeige schrieb er, dass er Kabel in „perfektem Zustand, wie neu“ verkauft, und in der Tat waren die Kabel in schlechtem Zustand. Aber das Schlimmste war, dass der Stecker eines Kabels an mehreren Stellen geknackt war und dann hausgemacht zusammengeklebt wurde. Ich bat darum, die Transaktion zu stornieren, aber der Verkäufer lehnte ab. Ich empfehle diesen Verkäufer definitiv nicht. Ich habe eine Menge Geld verloren.
