Doing business with Patrice was a pleasure: his response time by mail was fast and extra information was given without issues. Also a video call to show the device was possible. This was very nice to confirm the state of the product and to get to know each other. Shipping the device to my home country was fast and in the original packaging. After unpacking the product looked excellent and I enjoy it very much. Since I had some questions after installing the device, I contacted Patrice again: glad to mention that also the after sales is correct and friendly. :-)
