It has truly been a pleasure to transact with Bas over this Nagra PL-P purchase: no haggling, very reasonable upfront pricing; though Bas shipped it immediately, there was some delay in transit/customs, out of his control. Bas was super proactive about pursuing with his mail carrier; gear arrived in pristine condition, like new with all manuals etc. He is extremely responsive and really cares e.g. he inquired about my listening experience/enjoyment with unit after arrival.
