The Transrotor Fat Bob is a classic design-icon and besides that a hell of a turntable.
This unit has the wonderful TMD bearings and comes with an older version of the Konstant M1 reference motorcontrol as well as a very beautiful Ortofon 12" (!) tonearm (the AS 309S).
The Fat Bob is a turntable with great authority, rhythm, pace, deep and black background and lots of detail. Simply a winning design with a phenomenal sound.
This configuration leaves nothing to be desired, it checks all the boxes, the TMD bearing, the 12" tonearm and tonearmbase, the great 12" Ortofon tonearm.
New prices:
Fat Bob with TMD and armbase: 4.500
Tonearm: 2.000
Motor unit: 1.000
Which makes 7.500 in total. Now it can be yours for less than half the price. This is a real bargain!
The cartridge and "snap-off" headshell are not included in this deal! They can be obtained as well however.
