Beschreibung
I am selling a pair of genuine framegrid goldpin Telefunken ECC803S tubes of EX RARE first issue recognized by:
1) single getter support as opposed to double in later issues
2) not as transparent glass envelope structure
3) side seams on glass
You can hardly find any pictures of these ECC803S Telefunken anywhere - they are so rare - probably most rare ECC803s type ever - sought after not only by audiophiles but also collectors.
Both tubes have most probably (because not fully preserved) the same ULM factory codes U910XXXXX and some other numbers close to the base - partially readable. Of course TFK diamonds in the bottom are present.
Both tubes were also briefly checked for correct balance in high end preamp - both channels are equally loud. Bothe tubes are perfectly balanced internally (between systems) and good enough externally to provide even channels for stereo playback. They are guaranteed to have as little noise and microphonics as it gets given their used condition.
I tested these tubes very carefully on the calibrated tube tester Elpo P508. Test environment and correct settings were confirmed by external digital meter’s readouts.
Additionally for the peace of mind of a buyer, after measurement under correct datasheet conditions for this tube I lowered measured test results by 5% so as you can see the lowert section of the “lesser” tube shows 0,72mA easily entering "good" area on Funke. Both tubes were measured at the same point of time under exact same conditions.

Vf=6,3V
-Vg=2,01V
Test results ( after lowering them by 5%):

No original packaging but I know how to pack these tubes using sturdy plastic pipes filled with buble-wrap so that nothing can happen during transit. You don’t need to worry about preserving prints - they will arrive without worsening their current condition.
