Naim Audio NAIM NAP 500 DR

Meine Nac 552 DR ist nun verkauft, aber das Zuckerstück „Nap 500 DR“ wird nun hier angeboten. Er wurde 2012 von meinem Händler Clemens Mayer bei „Sound and Vision Fidelity“ in Hamburg erworben (Sein und ein 2006 Model)

Beide Geräte befinden sich in ausgezeichnetem Zustand und wurden 2017 in Salisbury einem DR-Upgrade sowie einer Recapping unterzogen. Der Vorgang wurde von Isak Strand bei Multirom (unser Naim-Importeur in Norwegen) betreut. Die Dokumentation ist vorhanden, und die Geräte wurden in neuen Kartons zurückgesendet, komplett mit Zubehör (auch die Burndys wurden in England überprüft). Damit sind noch volle 8 Jahre bis zum nächsten Service gut.

Nach dem DR-Upgrade ist ein 500-Verstärker bis auf das Gehäuse komplett erneuert. Die Elektronik wurde vollständig ausgetauscht und in das bestehende Gehäuse eingebaut. Ein episches und zeitloses Design, bekannt für seine Kräfte und außergewöhnliche Musikalität. Viele kombinieren ihn mit der kostspieligen Statement S1-Vorstufe, was beweist, wie gut dieser Verstärker wirklich ist.

Der Verkauf fällt mir schwer und erfolgt nur wegen Umzug an einen Wohnort, der diese Grösse von Installation nicht mehr zulässt. Der Preis für diese Kombination ist kürzlich wieder gestiegen, und dies ist eine seltene Gelegenheit, ein legendäres und immer noch aktuelles Naim-Gerät zu etwa 35 % des Neupreises zu erwerben.

Das Endstufen-Gerät befindet sich in Oslo, kann aber nach in andere Länder versendet werden! Habe zusätzlich zu den originalen Kartongs einen Flightcase.

My Naim Nac 552 DR and Superline has now been sold, but I am putting the “Nap 500 DR” up for sale here. It was originally purchased in 2012 from my trusted German dealer Clemens Mayer at "Sound and Vision Fidelity" in Hamburg (it is a 2006 model).

Both units are in excellent condition and underwent a DR upgrade as well as recapping in Salisbury in 2017. The process was managed by Isak Strand at Multirom (Our norwegian Importer) Documentation is available, and the units were returned in new boxes, complete with accessories (the Burndies were also inspected in England). This means there's still a good 8 years until its next service is due.

After the DR upgrade, the 500 amplifier is essentially renewed. The electronics were completely replaced and mounted in the existing casing. A timeless and epic design, known for its power and extraordinary musicality. Many pair it with the costly Statement S1 Preamp, which truly showcases the quality of this power amp.

The sale is bittersweet and only due to moving to a place that no longer allows for this kind of setup. The price of this combination has recently increased, and this is a good opportunity to acquire a legendary and still uptodate Naim unit for around 35% of the new price.
