The Dharma Exquisite MP-350 mono amps are really a no-holds barred project made, exclusively for Kharma, by Bruno Putzeys together with the "voicing supervision" made personally by Charles Von Oosterum, In order to get the really best from two worlds, Tubes and Solid state. And they did it! Only discreet Top quality parts throughout the power amps(such as silver/gold internal wiring, silver output choke for the filter, and so on). They work in Class D but without any of the common limits of that class. The bandwidth is not frequency dependant at all,the sound is not "thin" and/or "sterile", no lack of "air" in the top end or whatelse. But simply full music at its best, with a transparency you could only hear to believe. They are quite compact, but they are really heavy, 50Kg/110Lbs each!
350 Watt of power (on 8 Ohm), but, moreover, 350 watt of pure music.
These monoblock amps were up-graded by Kharma, upon my personal request, with the new optional internal up-grade they offered from 2008. This up-grade consists in totally new amplification boards, so a completely new amp. It's so true that, for this optional up-grade, they offered a completely new 5 years warranty.
