Modular rack for audio equipment made of wood with wooden legs.
This model is made of oak and has 4 shelves
shelf dimensions:
Thickness 26 mm (1 inch)
External shelf dimensions 660mm*530mm (~26*20.9 inches)
Internal dimensions 530*450mm (~20.9*17.7 inches)
The distance between shelves is approximately 225mm (~8.8 inches).
To prevent damage to the floor by the spikes of the lower shelf, steel spacers are provided (soft protective material is glued to them on the underside). This way, the spikes on the bottom shelf won't damage the surface.
Each rack kit includes all necessary fittings (spikes, bolts, nuts, spacers, floor protection material)
The approximate weight of each shelf with these dimensions is approximately 6.5 kg (~16 lbs)
To finish wood I use oil-wax. The photos show a brown finish (this color is called "vintage" :)).
