The Humboldt consists of two mono amplifiers and a stereo preamplifier in an innovative housing. Tests show that it offers around 85% of the performance of the Heisenberg double mono amplifier and the Stern preamplifier, which are more than twice as expensive. Its price-performance ratio is outstanding.
