What to write? I could just say "Perfect", but this transaction was much more than that. The care Davide displayed to someone he does not know was humbling. The attention to detail in the communication (even got a Video of the amp working) and in the packing and sending is second to none. If there would be a book about how to sell Audio Equipment Davide would write it. But above all, and most important in this day and age, was and is his honesty. Everything Davide said was true and happened. I feel I made a friend, and I learned some Italian is the process.
