Der Kopfhörer war neuwertig und mit einwandfreier Funktion. Die Ware war wie vom Verkäufer beschrieben. Herr Zenker ist ein freundlicher und korrekter Verkäufer. Ich würde hier jederzeit wieder kaufen, wenn für mich ein interessantes Produkt angeboten wird!

I am located in Ireland and do not mind saying that I was very nervous about purchasing a used high value item from another country from an individual I had never met however I can honestly state that I have never carried out a transaction with a more genuine, helpful and decent individual as Rob. He went well above what would normally be expected from a seller in terms of communication and accommodation of my packaging requests. He even drove the item over an hour each way to ensure the safe deposit of the item to a secure despatch depot. I cannot hesitate in recommending his outstanding principles and general all round decency in regard to this transaction. To any potential future buyer for any of his items I can state that you can proceed without worry. Thank you Rob, I do hope we can keep in touch, it was a pleasure.
Dies war nicht der erste Kauf, welchen ich mit Herrn Zenker abgeschlossen habe. Für mich Privat erstand ich ein Paar Meridian DSP 3300 Lautsprecher und für ein befreundetes Paar die Meridian M6 Lautsprecher.
Jedesmal war es ein 5 Sterne Deal. Preisgestaltung, zustand der Ware, Kundenfreundlichkeit, alles vom Feinsten.
Das Herr Zenker mir seinen Meridian 861 v8 Surround- Prozessor gerade zu einem Zeitpunkt anbot, an den ich die Suche danach schon fast aufgegeben hatte, war ein glücklicher Umstand. Schnell wurden wir uns handelseinig.
Auf Herrn Zenkers Einladung hin fuhren wir von Basel nach Zürich um den 861 und den HD621 persönlich abzuholen. Wieder erstand ich ein Gerät, dass aussah als hätte es, seit es produziert wurde, nie den Karton verlassen.
Ich danke Herrn und Frau Zenker für den tollen Meridian 861, der übrigens auch vorzüglich klingt und tadellos funktioniert.

I went to Switzerland to get the NaimNap100. Quality of the product is just as i expected, everything well, nice roadtrip to Appenzell.
But that guy! Dear people, i never met such a friendly and warmhearted person like Rob. He showed us his modest home, and even modest Music-Room. As my eyes fell off and my mouth didn't like to close again, i was deeply impressed. Not only the quality of his products but also the love in detail he invested in every single square-inch in that room, in the whole house.
Despite of the fact that i was very speechless, he also because of downgrading-reasons gifted me a power-filter (is it the right word) from Grey'sCompany. I didn't know that music can improve that hard just by getting plugged the switches in such a power-filter. Since that day, i see music in another light.
