Description
I purchased this from a proper respected well-known hifi vendor in USA soon after it first came out (it has a Senn serial number). It is still in mint condition, little used since as last 8 years+ I have been using an advanced carbon electrostatic amp with Stax 009, plus Sony WM1 gold series DAPs, and therefore no time to listen to other amps/headphones. The sound as with the widely acclaimed open air Senn HD800 tech is laid back and excellent. Lightweight too and comfy. Will run with most amps as it is not a demanding headphone. Only negative is the original wires do need replacement (they work but rustling sound as damaged (bent) in storage); you can replace for $100 for new ebay good quality wires for HD800, hence price is discounted. Will suit a music lover anticipating listening pleasure! Original one purchaser. Prefer pickup in Vienna.
