The C1-D20 SFP+ Direct Attach Cable completely bypasses the need for the usual PHY interface, which is necessary with RJ45 connectors and long-distance SFP Copper connections. This allows data stored on your SPF-compatible Melco to be accessed directly – with a commensurate decrease in data errors and loss – thus improving the overall signal quality. The results provide outstanding performance, which is not possible with any other connectivity today.
- Can be used with most audio hardware equipped with SFP ports such as Melco N1 & N5, Melco S10 / S100, Aurender, HiFi Rose, Linn Klimax DSM, Lumin (U2, L2), Taiko Audio SGM Extreme / Extreme switch, SFORZATO DSP-Columba, DSP-Corvus, DST-Lepus.
- Flex mesh jacket that covers a PVC braid, ensuring that the cable is flexible and easy to route in a system while still being resistant to outside interference.
- Two metres long and designed to reflect the requirements of transmitting digital audio where stability and minimising errors are more important than absolute transmission rates.
