LYRA hat seinen Sitz in Tokio und wird von Stig Bjorge aus Norwegen geleitet. Der amerikanische Designingenieur Jonathan Carr und der japanische Handwerksmeister Yoshinori Mishima stellen Tonabnehmer her und überwachen die Produktion. Alle Produkte werden in Japan mit mikroskopischer Liebe zum Detail unter der direkten Aufsicht dieser drei hergestellt. LYRA-Produkte zeichnen sich durch fortschrittliche Designtechnik gepaart mit japanischer Handwerkskunst und Verarbeitungsqualität aus.
