The Illusion II is a “dual mono” reference preamp in the actual Krell line-up. The Illusion II has a high-quality integrated 24/192kHz DAC and an excellent headphone amplifier on-board. Beautifully built, very musical, detailed, 3-dimensional and with a great bass reproduction.
With both single-ended and balanced in- and outputs. Furthermore it has 5 digital inputs. Including full metal remote. Including original box, manual and metal remote. This preamp has been supplied by the official Dutch distributor and has been only used by a dealer for demo purposes. Newprice: 11.499 euro (pricelist is available), now for 4.500 euro including VAT.
