Description
This is a very rare cartridge in pristine condition. Inherited from my farther-in-law. It was in use from 1986 to 2008. I have just installed it, for short test. The suspension of the cantilever works perfect, and the sound is in a class of its own, in regards of high frequency resolution. Compared to many new designs in the price range of 2.000-8.000 Euro, such as Benz, Clearaudio, Dynavector, Lyra, My Sonic Lab, Ortofon, the Purple Hart Sapphire is better in a large margin than all of the ones I have auditioned. One owner. Estimated running hours 500-1000.
