The NewOntech DAC07 is very similar to the DAC08, with which it shares the circuitry and a large proportion of the components. It uses a Burr-Brown converter with a maximum of 32 bit and 192kHz, and has been particularly carefully implemented to extract its full potential and maintain the most analogue reproduction possible.
Particular attention has been paid to reducing the noise generated by the digital inputs and their transmitter, and the USB 2.0 input stage is bit perfect Amanero asynchronous. The digital data is linked to the PLL receiver by a synchronous clock.
A buffer at the top of the converter guarantees data integrity.
The output amplifier is discrete, with multiple feedbacks and a high-frequency cut-off to limit signal processing and reduce noise.
