The Ayon CD-35 II establishes a new benchmark in SE-Triode vacuum-tube DAC performance by combining a fully balanced PCM-DSD DAC.
The Kronos is prepared for computer playback and general DSD professional audio use. The Kronos is in many respects a new ground-breaking DAC design with an advanced technology like a new vacuum tube output stage, new DAC design and a switchable PCM-DSD converter.
The Kronos DAC is available in 3 different versions (modular architecture and anytime upgradable), as Kronos “XS”, Kronos “Signature” and Kronos “Ultimate” (top-level version).
Based on a zero-feedback, pure tube circuit design and a tube rectified power supply, the Kronos reveals the manifold layers of music with utmost transparency while projecting a deep and highly focused 3D soundstage. Its bass is extended and powerful, its midrange pure, liquid and permeated with natural warmth, while the top is extraordinarily clean and finely detailed. The S10II-T is a new outstanding Network-Transport design with its “tube buffered digital output stage” and a PCM-DSD converter and internal “server” option. The Network-Transport can be connected with any external DAC or CD-player with a digital input (DAC section). The S-10 II-T includes a music network player, computer playback, USB drive playback and a scalable digital volume control system.
Special attention was paid to the power supply and the digital output signal, because this digital interface is significantly involved to achieve “analog-magic” sound properties in the external DAC to a large extent. The S10-T was developed to get all the advantages of a so-called “MHz tube” in the digital output stage and in combination with streaming. The S-10 II-T combines both in a unique way and offers a new dimension of sound far beyond its class.
