| Beschreibung: | Beautiful pair of high-end speakers issued on 1982. Born S-922II in Japan. Designed by Bart Locanthi’s team (JBL Monitors)
These are 3 + 1 ways with a passive 36cm graphite polymer (PG) boomer, a 26cm PG woofer (not to be confused with the S-910) and a 6.6cm PG medium. The ribbon tweeter uses beryllium.
30Hz to 50KHz at 94dB! 37.5Kg on the scale ... They are paired and marked L and R for placement.
Graphite polymer: Very hard material (almost as hard as diamond), very light with a very high resonance frequency (3 times higher than that of titanium) and as damped as paper. It's an ideal compromise!
All the speakers are in perfect condition. The crates and grids are in good general condition with a few small defects of time.
These are real collector The sound is very detailed, very neutral, with adjustable level (potentiometers) medium and high. Fast and clean bass range.
